Volunteering opportunities for 16 to 25 year olds

The Dorich House Museum is currently working with the London Museums Hub on the project London: World City as part of the national Stories of the World programme, one of the major projects of the London 2012 Cultural Olympiad. http://www.mla.gov.uk/what/programmes/2012_programme/stories_of _the_world

As part of London: World City the Dorich House Museum is recruiting a panel of volunteers between the ages of 16 to 25 who will meet on a monthly basis and be involved in developing and advising on a series of projects and displays related to the theme of the home. You could find yourself helping to record audio tours and podcasts or working on the design of an exhibition and you can help us develop and broaden the appeal of our events and exhibitions.

If you are interested in this opportunity and/or would like further information on the project please contact Brenda Martin on b.martin@kingston.ac.uk or 020 8417 5515
