Mapping Change: Menopause as Lived Experience | Workshops

Thursday 25 June, Thursday 23 July & Friday 24 July 2026 | 9:30am – 11am | Free/Booking Required

To accompany her current exhibition, Dr Francesca Arrigoni-Halliday will be leading three guided artistic workshops exploring the menopause as a whole-body transition rather than a set of isolated symptoms. Participants will be led through the process of creating medieval manuscripts to explore their personal experiences.

The session will include scientific insight into how menopause affects long-term health, particularly cardiovascular function. Throughout the session, the focus is on understanding, validation, and informed choice, supporting participants to feel more confident, listened to, and better equipped to engage with menopause care.

The workshops are designed for people of all levels of experience and skill. Tickets are free but booking is required as spaces are limited. If you book a free ticket and are no longer able to attend, please let us know so that we can make this space available to someone else.

Workshops will take place on:

Thursday 25 June 2026 – 9:30am – 11am

Thursday 23 July 2026 – 9:30 – 11am

Friday 24 July 2026 – 9:30 – 11am
