Dorich House Museum

Dorich House Museum is looking for volunteers to support us during an upcoming temporary ceramic exhibition from Thursday 26 November to Saturday 19 December 2026. This role will involve welcoming visitors to the top floor apartment and supervising the artworks.

Responsibilities include:

Ensuring that visitors do not touch any artworks

Ensuring that visitors move around the artworks safely

Engaging with visitors to help provide a good overall visitor experience

The volunteer slots will be broken up into three two-hour slots over the course of the day:

11am-1pm

1pm-3pm

3pm-5pm

Expressions of interest are encouraged from those with a keen interest in arts, culture and heritage. All required training and information resources will be provided by museum staff.

Please note that the top floor apartment is only accessible by stairs with no lift access available.
